Men’s Department – Cave Men

Our desire is to create a group of empowered men living a God-fearing lifestyle as well as taking up the mantle of becoming the high priest in their homes. Each man should learn to be the role model for the younger men in and outside of the church. Ministry verse: 1 Samuel 22:2 “Everyone who was in distress, and everyone who was in debt, and everyone who was discontented gathered to him; and he became captain over them. Now there were about four hundred men with him”.

Women’s Department – Beauty For Ashes

Beauty for Ashes ND Women’s Ministry is composed of Women of Destiny (ages 30+) and Young Adults (ages 19-29). We believe that all women are valuable, precious, and LOVED BY JESUS CHRIST, who has promises for us. Sometimes we just get broken from lies, deception, relationships, and/or abuse. Believing that no one is broken beyond repair and no one is repaired beyond progress. Within our local Women’s ministry, our Mission is to reach the Individuals, Souls, Sick, Isolated, Outcast, Needy, and Addicted. To Love every woman that is placed within our care. For the broken, the mending, & those who have overcome, for ALL OF US This ministry committed to the M.I.S.S.I.O.N.A.L. mandate that wants to build and equip women. To be all they are created to be Spiritually, Emotionally, Mentally, and Physically.

Youth Ministry – The Outsiders (Ages 12-18)

Be an advocate for youth and educate the congregation about the hopes, concerns, and needs of youth in the local church and community. Help plan, develop, and implement all aspects of a balanced youth ministry in the areas of group building, worship, discipleship, mission, and outreach. Mentor youth in developing their leadership skills. Be aware of resources for developing the youth ministry programming and participate in continuing education events and training opportunities. Recruit and train volunteers who work with youth in all aspects of youth ministry and ensure adequate volunteer support and adult to youth ratios. Make yourself available to youth in a variety of ways (lunch, attendance at extracurricular activities, visitation, times of crisis, etc.).

Children’s Ministry – ND KIDZ (Ages 2-11)

ND KIDZ ministry is a foundational strategy for developing life-long disciples of Christ. It’s a mixture of helping them understand the love of God and making disciples reach a community. ND KIDZ strives to understand the way that kids think in order to be able to communicate precious spiritual truths into their lives. We believe that Children’s ministry has three main purposes: To give children the opportunity to DISCOVER God’s truth and the joy of knowing him. Allow them to DEVELOP a passion for His Word and a lifelong dedication to growing in their relationship with Him. Show children how to DISPLAY His love throughout the Church and community through acts of kindness and service. Sunday’s the Children gather in the children’s room, Kid’s Day Out is created to gather children together and have them interact in a casual yet Christ-centered environment. Our goal is for children and their respective families to have time to fellowship with one another. We have a variety of activities, such as art and crafts, movies, cooking, board games, science experiments, and devotion time.

Young Adults (Ages 19-29)

Passion will be the focal point in achieving greatness. Passion for young-adult ministry with the evidence of active and growing discipleship. Our desire is to work with church and community leaders of all ages to address the needs of young adults and opportunities for growth as Christian disciples. The young adult ministry shall be for, with, and by young adults. Young adults in the congregation and community will grow in faith as disciples. Fellowship is essential to creating an atmosphere where everyone gets to know one another. Be available and willing to help those you encounter.
